    Essential Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in Civil Engineering/ Construction Engineering/ Structural Engineering/ Water Resources Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering from a recognized institution.

    Essential Experience: Minimum 01 year of experience in civil engineering, preferably in rural infrastructure, construction, site supervision, or development projects.

    Essential Skills & Requirements:

    -Knowledge of civil works, site supervision, quantity estimation, quality control, and construction monitoring, with basic proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

    -Good communication and coordination skills, with ability to prepare technical reports and coordinate with contractors, communities, and project teams.

    -Work experience in Meghalaya required; willing to be stationed at the assigned project cluster/village and undertake frequent field visits in rural/remote locations.

    Field Engineer-AWS

    Essential Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ Meteorological Engineering from a recognized university or institution.

    Essential Experience: Minimum 02-03 years of experience in installation, operation, maintenance, or monitoring of electronic instruments, IoT devices, weather stations, environmental monitoring systems, telemetry systems, or similar equipment.

    Essential Skills & Requirements:

    -Basic understanding of electrical and electronic circuits.

    -Familiarity with sensors such as temperature, humidity, rainfall, wind speed, wind direction, solar radiation, and barometric pressure sensors.

    -Basic knowledge of data loggers, telemetry, and communication technologies (GSM/4G, LoRa, RS-232/RS-485, TCP/IP).

    -Ability to troubleshoot electrical and electronic equipment using a multimeter and basic diagnostic tool.

    -Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and report preparation.

    -Understanding of GPS, geotagging, and basic GIS concepts are desirable.

    -Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintenance checklists.

    -Good documentation and record keeping skills
