Eligibility Criteria for the Post of Technical Specialist - UAV:
Essential Qualifications:
· Post Graduate in Technology, UAV Remote Sensing/ Aviation or Aeronautical engineering from a recognized institution or related field.
Required Experiences:
· Minimum 03 years of experience in UAV/drone operations, aerial surveying, or related fields.
· Proven experience in planning and executing UAV missions for mapping, inspection or monitoring.
· Hands-on experience with flight planning software, GNSS systems, and data processing tools (e.g., Pix4D, DroneDeploy, Agisoft)
· Familiarity with DGCA regulations, flight permissions and safety protocols with experience operating in regulated and high-risk environments
· Hands-on expertise with multi-sensor UAV payloads (LiDAR, photogrammetry, RGB/multispectral) and integration with GNSS-based positioning systems for highprecision data acquisition.
· Exposure to integrating UAV-derived data with simulation models, digital twin frameworks or AI-based analytics systems for engineering optimization and monitoring applications
· Experience contributing to large-scale geospatial initiatives (>100 sq. km or equivalent system complexity), supporting planning, infrastructure mapping, or environmental monitoring
· Designed workflows for closed-loop systems, where UAVacquired data informs simulation updates and optimization strategies.

Eligibility Criteria for the Post of Technical Specialist - GIS:
Essential Qualification:
• Post Graduate in Geoinformatics/ Remote Sensing/ Geography/ Geology/ Environmental Science/ Forestry or related field. M. Tech and knowledge on IT may be preferred.
Desired Experience:
• • At least 05 years of experience in management and mapping of GIS and Remote Sensing.
• Use of GIS for spatial analysis, parcel mapping, cartography, and geodatabase management using software such as ArcGIS and QGIS.
• Processing of UAV data, orthomosaic generation, 3D modelling, DEM/DSM creation, and aerial image processing using tools such as Pix4Dmapper, Agisoft Metashape, etc.
• Processing of LiDAR point cloud data, terrain modelling, elevation extraction, and 3D visualization using tools such as Global Mapper, ERDAS IMAGINE, etc.
• Digitisation of cadastral maps, parcel boundary mapping, and integration of land records with GIS-based land information systems.
• GPS/GNSS-based field data collection, ground verification, and parcel boundary validation.
• Spatial database management, data validation, and application of geospatial technologies for land administration, planning, and property mapping.
