  • Eligibility Criteria for the Post of Project Manager:

    Essential Qualifications:

    ·         Postgraduate degree in Management/Education/ Public Policy/ Development Studies, or a related field from a recognised institution.

    Required Experiences:

    ·         Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in large-scale programme management.

    ·         At least 3 years of experience working with or within government systems.

    ·         Proven experience in managing multi-stakeholder, multi-component programmes.

    Required Skills:

    ·         Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong team management skills.

    ·         Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

    ·         Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills.

    ·         Ability to operate effectively in complex and evolving public sector environments.

    Strong proficiency in MS Office, AI tools, SPSS, and other relevant digital, analytical, and data management tools. 



    Eligibility Criteria for the Post of EdTech Lead (LMS):

    Essential Qualifications:

    ·         Postgraduate degree in Education Technology/Information Technology/Computer Science, or a related field.

    Required Experience:

    ·         Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital learning platforms.

    ·         Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale education or training programmes.

    ·         Hands-on experience working with Moodle or similar LMS platforms, including configuration, user management, and content deployment.

    ·         Demonstrated ability to leverage digital platforms to support learning delivery, track performance, and enhance user engagement.

    Required Skills:

    ·         Ability to adapt academic and training content into contextually relevant digital formats, aligned with the requirements of different platforms to maximise learning impact and user engagement.

    ·         Experience in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding appropriate digital platforms for effective content delivery and programme implementation.

    ·         Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and ensure seamless execution across teams and platforms.

    ·         Good understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital tools, and user analytics, with the ability to track performance and derive actionable insights.

    Experience in designing assessments, feedback mechanisms, and surveys to evaluate learning outcomes and inform programme improvements.

     

    Eligibility Criteria for the Post of Curriculum Lead:

    Essential Qualifications:

    ·         Master's degree in Education (M.Ed.) or a related field, along with a B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification. 

    ·         Prior experience as a teacher educator or in curriculum development.

    Required Experience:

    ·         Minimum 6 years of experience in curriculum development, academic leadership, or education reform.

    Required Skills:

    ·         Demonstrated proficiency in curriculum design, syllabus revision, and development of instructional materials, including textbooks and teacher guides.

    ·         Strong capabilities in educational research and programme evaluation, with the ability to align curricula with national and state frameworks such as NEP 2020 and the Meghalaya State Curriculum Framework.

    ·         Proven leadership in planning and conducting teacher training workshops, seminars, and extension programmes to strengthen teaching practices.

    ·         Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to Meghalaya’s diverse tribal contexts and promote innovative teaching approaches and human resource development.

    ·         Working knowledge of local languages (Khasi, Garo, or Jaintia) is desirable, along with familiarity with state-specific policies such as the Meghalaya State Education Policy.

     

    Eligibility Criteria for the Post of Training Coordinator:

    Essential Qualifications:

    ·         Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.

    Required Experience:

    ·        Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in facilitating training and coordinating capacity-building programmes.

    Required Skills:

    ·         Demonstrated ability in planning, time management, and coordination of large-scale training programmes, ensuring timely execution and effective resource utilisation.

    ·         Strong communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders, facilitate training, and build collaborative relationships

    ·         Technical proficiency in MS Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and instructional design tools, with the ability to adapt content and delivery approaches to local contexts and learner needs.

    ·         Strong skills in documentation, reporting, and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to synthesise field insights into actionable recommendations.

    ·         Ability to facilitate training sessions, workshops, and review meetings, with adaptability to both in-person and digital modes of delivery.
