Essential Qualifications & Experiences
Technical Expert: Essential Qualification: Graduate or Post-graduate in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation or Renewable or Sustainable Energy.
Technical Assistant: Graduate or Post Graduate in Electrical Engineering.
Assistant Manager (Field Engineer): Graduate or Post Graduate in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.

Essential Experience:
Minimum 7 years of experience in renewable energy projects, government projects/schemes, DPR preparation, exposure to tendering & contract management, understanding of MNRE / national policies, handled multi-disciplinary teams, stakeholder coordination (Govt, communities, contractors etc.,)
Skills & Attributes:
- Multi-project handling
- Government coordination
- Budget & timeline control
Requirements:
- The work will entail frequent travelling to the field.
- Project implementation plan
- Monthly/quarterly progress report.
- Risk management reports
Technical Assistant:
Essential Experience:
I. Electrical Engineering: Minimum 5 years of experience with the following Projects:-
- Power generation & distribution,
- Grid connectivity
- Substation design.
A. Skills & Attributes for Electrical Engineering Background:
- Protection systems, switchgear
- SCADA basics
- Site supervision
- Installation & commissioning
- Advanced electrical systems
- Load estimation
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy with general MS package, spreadsheet, and data analysis, etc.
Requirements:
- The work will entail frequent travelling to the field.
- Monthly/quarterly progress reports.
- Risk management reports.
Assistant Manager (Field Engineer)
Essential Experience:
I. Electrical Engineering: Minimum 3 years in the following:-
- Power generation & distribution,
- Grid connectivity
- Substation design.
A. Skills & Attributes for Electrical Engineering Background:
- Site supervision
- Installation & commissioning
- Advanced electrical systems
- Load estimation
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy with general MS package, spreadsheet, and data analysis, etc.
II. Mechanical Engineering: Minimum 3 years in the following:-
-Turbines (Pelton/Francis/Kaplan)
- Pumps
- valves
- rotating equipment
- O&M of hydro system
Skills & Attributes for Mechanical Engineering Background:
- Equipment selection
- Maintenance planning
- Vendor coordination
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy with the general MS package, spreadsheet, and data analysis, etc.
